RevPay (Revenue Group Berhad) is a Bank Negara Malaysia-registered Payment System Operator and FPX Technical Partner Agent, and was the first direct authorised UnionPay partner in Malaysia. It supports online banking (FPX), credit/debit cards, UnionPay and direct debit for recurring payments.
The company offers no-code payment links/invoicing as well as a developer API and recurring billing (RevPay Debit). It advertises “low transaction fee,” fast approval and a “no hold back” policy, but does not publish an actual merchant rate card.
The only fee figures on the site are statutory interchange rates under BNM’s Payment Card Framework (domestic credit 0.60%; domestic debit 0.10% or 37 sen; international debit 0.27% or 63 sen). These are network-level rates, not RevPay’s all-in merchant fee, so pricing should be confirmed directly with sales.
