Atome

Atome is one of Malaysia’s largest Buy Now, Pay Later providers, letting shoppers split a purchase into 3 interest-free instalments at checkout (pay 1/3 upfront, the rest over the following 60 days), with longer Pay-in-6/9/12-month plans also offered.

For merchants, Atome charges a per-transaction Merchant Discount Rate (MDR) and explicitly does not charge setup fees. The exact MDR percentage, any monthly fee, and the settlement period are not published — Atome directs merchants to contact its Business Development team for a tailored quote, so the merchant fee here is shown as “Contact sales”.

Integration is flexible: Atome supports no-code e-commerce plugins (e.g. Shopify and major payment gateways) as well as direct API integration. The only specific MDR figures circulating (roughly 3.5%–4.5%) come from a third-party comparison and should be treated as indicative only.
